To the Revival Ministry Prayer Warriors: This is a praise report. My sister Kathleen was admitted to the hospital on February 7th, her 39th birthday. She had brain aneurysm. The doctors had to wait at least a day before doing the surgery to see if she is stable enough and her blood pressure is normalized to be able to handle the surgery. First of all the doctors were saying negative reports about her. Such things as: that she will not survive the surgery; if she did, she would be a vegetable; would have severe brain damage; she could have a stroke afterwards; and would have to undergo rehabilitation for a long period of time and will not be going anywhere. My brother was with her at the hospital. After hearing those negative reports he replied, ‘she is going somewhere, she is getting out sooner with no need for rehabilitation, and God is going to heal her’. According to the attending physician, Kathy would need God’s intervention now. My brother had his cellular telephone. He called my mom and placed the telephone in Kathleen’s ears. Kathy was not awake or even aware of what was happening or where she was. My mom and I prayed for her over the phone. As soon as we finished praying, we contacted the ministry to be in agreement and for prayer for complete healing. After the surgery, the surgeons said it was a success. As soon as she was awake, she began to talk. The doctors were amazed and have not seen that yet. She was hooked up to many apparatuses with tubes and/or monitoring devices. She was bandaged up and was swollen. No one wanted to tell her what was going on or let her son visit her. Her friends and our other sister kept telling her to be calm because they did not want her to get worse. They kept telling her she was in bad shape. After five days, she insisted she wanted to go home. She got angry and ripped out all the bandages, tubes, and whatever else was attached to her. They sent for a Psychiatrist because they thought she was losing her mind and gave her drugs. The next weekend I went to see her and tried to explain to her the different pieces of equipment that was connected to her. I tried to get information from the nurses about the surgical procedure but only got a little information. I prayed for her and her son’s uncle stood with me in agreement. I gave her a healing CD speaking God’s Word. In the next couple of days, my brother helped her to stand up for the first time. She felt great and went to take a shower. The surgeons and the doctors did not know what to do. They were amazed. Twenty days later on February 27th she signed herself out to be released from the hospital. She walked out by herself. Two days later, she went to see her family doctor. When she saw him for the first time, he was speechless. He could not say anything for fifteen minutes. All he could do was shake his head. He then requested several tests to be done on her brain. Every one of the tests came back positive (a good report). I thank God for your ministry and for your prayers. Thank you Jesus for the Revival Minstry Prayer Warriors. I am confident the Holy Spirit would do a mighty work on the negative mindset of Kathy’s friends and our sister who are around her in order to take joy in her healing instead of speaking negative around her. But at least they are convinced that Jesus is a true healer.
